  • Reservation

    • Room Rate is net price, inclusive of 7% Government Tax, Breakfasts for 2 persons (4 for Family Suite). No Service Charge on Room & Restaurant.
    • A 50% deposit of total booking is required to guarantee reservations.
    • Deposits may be made by Credit Card or Bank Transfer

    • Check-In Time: 14:00 hours
    • Check-Out Time: 12.00 hours (Noon)

    • Longer stay of more than 3 nights, please contact us for special rates.
    • Most major and local credit cards are welcome.
    • Terms and conditions may change without advanced notice.

  • Surcharges

    • Rate is based on occupancy for:
      • 2 persons in each room of Studio, Superior, Deluxe and Seafront Suit.
      • 4 persons in Seafront Royal Suit, and Deluxe Family Suit.

    • An extra person is charged at 850 baht/person/night (inclusive of breakfast, extra mattress, amenities and bottle of drinking water)

    • A child under 6 years sharing with parents is free of charge.
    • A child 6-12 years sharing with parents is charged 250 baht for breakfast.
    • Two (2) children under 6 years are charged as 1 extra person (including breakfast, extra mattress, amenities and bottle of drinking water).

    • Pet is charged at 600 or 1,000 baht/pet/night depending on the size.
    • Pets are allowed to stay with their owner and are not allowed at restaurant and pool area, or on the furniture. Remember not to leave your pet unattended in the common areas of the hotel.

  • Cancellation & Amendment
    • The deposit is fully refundable (less related credit card and bank fees) if the cancellation is received and acknowledged by the hotel:
      • Seven (7) days prior to arrival date for low season and long weekend.
      • Thirty (30) days prior to arrival date for high season and peak season.
    • Refund may not be granted for cancellation made after the time frame allowed.
    • In case of no show, the full amount of your deposit will be charged.
    • Amendment to the reservation must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to arrival for low season, and 30 days for high season, and are subject to availability.
